From the first time Scott and Mona stepped into our church, they have been a big presence among us.  Sadly, but only for us, Scott’s spirit has found freedom.  I remember many times that Scott was asked for help by myself or others, and he was always beyond kind.  He found great joy in helping others.  Scott’s mind was brilliant and capable of solving any technical problem.  He was also proud to step up and take the lead on other things like teaching  Sunday School class.  I still have the Serendipity Group Bible that he gave me when he finished teaching.  It will remind me of Scott’s joy in servanthood and his open heart and mind.  On behalf of Scott’s church family, I say “thank you, Scott!”.  We will hold his family in prayer and be in service to them through this time.
